TM030LDHT2 is a 3.0" diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product
from Tianma Microelectronics Co., Ltd.with an integral WLED
backlight system, without backlight driver, without touch screen.
It features an operating temperature range of -20 ~ 70°C , a
storage temperature range of -30 ~ 80°C . It's general features are
following: Portrait type, Transflective, WLED Backlight , R-EVT;
Backlight: Serial 1LED 3LED 4LED Optional. Based on its features,
this model be applied to Handheld & PDA etc.
